How Can We Help?

I can’t seem to find that much on “leadership” here?

< Back

Yes, for two simple reasons:

  1. Great things deserve to be called by their own names. These names become visible again under the “leadership” label, as soon as we get rid of this sticky nuisance. There is more to be gained  from thinking about, e.g.,  inspiration, trust, or encouragement, than from wasting even more time on coming to grips with a buzzword like “leadership”.
  2. To get anything meaningful done today, we need to make eye contact, and have conversations at eye level. What you see as a follower is a back. No, it doesn’t get any better just because you take turns at staring at the back of each other every 15 minutes, and call that  “participatory leadership”.
