We want to honor the SF roots in Milwaukee and envision together what the future is bringing to us. Oktober-Wochenende in Oberösterreich statt. Innovation.
Innovation heißt wörtlich „Neuerung“ oder „Erneuerung“. Steve de Shazer, Insoo Kim Berg und dem Team von Milwaukee gelang mit der Entwicklung des Lösungsfokussierten Ansatzes eine bahnbrechende Innovation in der Familientherapie.
Wir wollen uns auch auf die lustvolle Suche nach neuen Erkenntnissen, Lösungen und Lösungswegen begeben und gemeinsam „erforschen“, was Lösungsfokus mit dem Thema „Innovation“ heute zu tun hat:
Wie unterstützt Lösungsfokus bei Neuerungen bzw. Erneuerung?
Wie im persönlichen Bereich und bei Innovationen in Organisationen?
Welche Beobachtungen und Erkenntnisse gibt es dazu?
Wie können wir diese nutzen?
