What I cherish most about Rolf are his relaxed and intelligent ways to grasp the inner workings of Scrum teams. With a touch of humor and an almost scary precision he’s able not just to point out what doesn’t work well yet; his most valuable skills show while he’s shaping his suggestions so they fit the teams and the enterprise, and while co-developing specific ideas on improving procedures. It’s striking to see how carefully he identifies and tackles fuzzy issues as well, like team dynamics. Although we had to change a lot of things in the ways we collaborate, our teams and us are excited by our success. We’re keeping in touch with Rolf!
